Why It’s Important to Balance the Chakras
The body's seven chakras run from the spine's base to the crown of the head, each vital to our overall health, impacting our physical, mental, and emotional states. For energy to flow smoothly, all chakras must be balanced. An imbalance in any chakra can affect your entire system, potentially causing anxiety, fatigue, or even impacting your creativity and happiness. Crystal healing is seen as an effective way to unblock these chakras, promoting harmony and well-being.
1. Select the appropriate Crystal for each Chakra.

2. Use Crystals in Meditation to Clear the Chakras
Using crystals during meditation can balance your chakras effectively. Lie down, place a crystal on each of the seven chakras starting from the bottom up. Unsure about which crystals to choose? Check back on our recommended gemstones. Hold a 15-minute breathing meditation with the stones in place, imagining the cleansing of every chakra with each exhale. Finish by taking the crystals off, starting from the top. If a crystal falls during the session, it's okay; it'll still work if it's near the corresponding chakra.
