🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy

 We pack every parcel with intention from our Water Street storefront in St. John’s, Newfoundland, using a weight-based system designed to reflect Canada Post’s real postage costs. From herbal bundles to moon crystals, we honor both physical and energetic weight. 

 We use transparent, weight-based pricing that reflects actual Canada Post postage costs from our St. John’s storefront:

• Orders weighing up to 0.03 kg ship for $5.00 CAD as untracked letter mail. These must be flat, bendable items , thin jewelry, or small crystals.
• Orders between 0.04 and 0.50 kg ship for $14.00 CAD as small parcels. This includes bulkier items like incense, sage bundles, palo santo, small crystals, and oils.
• Orders from 0.51 to 1.00 kg ship for $18.00 CAD, often used for medium-sized bundles or multi-item packages usually with tracking.
• Orders from 1.01 to 2.00 kg ship for $25.00 CAD using expedited parcel service with tracking.
• Orders between 2.01 and 3.00 kg ship for $30.00 CAD as large tracked parcels.
• Orders over 3.01 kg ship for $35.00 CAD, tracked and packaged with extra care.
• And the best part: Orders over $90 CAD ship free, sent as a tracked parcel with a little love tucked inside.

Packaging weight is included in all totals.

• A 1 kg parcel shipped locally from our Water Street shop to Airport Heights costs $18.91 CAD via Canada Post
• A small order (incense + crystal) might weigh 0.06 kg, but bulk requires parcel shipping at $14 CAD

Our system doesn’t inflate prices—we simply reflect what shipping truly costs from Newfoundland.

 We’ve absorbed shipping losses in the past in the name of generosity. But to keep our little storefront flowing with integrity, we now follow a fair, weight-based model.

Bundled Shipping: We thoughtfully bundle orders when possible to reduce packaging and shipping fees.   Weight-Based Shipping: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. We use real-time Canada Post rates and do our best to align with accurate weights—but we’re still refining magic ✨

  All sales are final.   Due to the handmade, spiritual, and energetically curated nature of our offerings, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If your order arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, contact us within 3 business days and we’ll respond with care and integrity.

Canada Post limits letter mail to items that are flat, bendable, and under 2 cm thick.   Products that are bulky or fragile—even if light—must be shipped as parcels.
